Over my 2024 summer holiday I worked in the Graveney and Meadow. Having no prior bartending experience, I was able to pick up the necessary skills very quickly whilst working under pressure. The team there were incredible, always willing to help and extremely kind hearted, making this job a fantastic experience.
Wimbledon Tennis
Inspirational Venues and IMG – 2022
I had the incredible opportunity to be involved with Wimbledon Tennis, working with Inspirational Venues with IMG (International Management Group) as the client. I helped to transform a residential property in Wimbledon Village into a functional event space for IMG, hosting important meetings and social events, as well as housing some employees. The atmosphere around Wimbledon as an event was like nothing else – there is an inexplicable buzz in the air that inspires you. I had the pleasure of working with and meeting lots of great people.
Lifeguard
Tooting Lido, Tooting Leisure Centre & Balham Leisure Centre
Over the Easter break in 2022, i completed my week-long National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ). That summer, I began working at Tooting Bec Lido. The following summer, I worked at both Tooting and Balham Leisure Centres.
