Hi, I’m Nick
-a 22 year old student from London, looking to kickstart the next chapter of my life…
I created this website with the intention of being able to tell my story. People are complex and it is difficult to distil the totality of one’s skills and experiences onto a single page, as is typically done on a CV. This website provides a personal touch, giving more detail on who I am and what I bring to the table.
Please feel free to get in touch – my contact details are in the ‘Contact’ section. I am keen to connect with people who share my interests or have an opportunity for me. If you want a shortened version, contact me and ask for my CV.
If you want a deeper dive on my skills and experiences, please read over the relevant sections sections of the website, using the navigation bar above.
Core Values, Traits and Goals
Core Values and Traits
Excellence
I always strive to be the best and achieve the best results, whether that is academically or in the gym, I value achievement and always hold myself to high standards.
Hard Work
Putting in the effort to achieve the best results is crucial in any endeavour. The cost of your dreams is hard work – nothing good in life comes easy. I always go the extra mile to try to be the best I can.
Ambition
I have large financial life goals and have always dreamt big. Being ambitious has forced me to push my limits and has been a driving factor in my all of my current successes.
Personal Growth
I am committed to being the best version of myself. I am constantly trying to acquire new knowledge and widen my skillset through, books, podcasts, and other online resources (more on this in a later section).
Strong Discipline
Motivation comes and goes. Discipline is what gets you to the finish line. Whether that is going to the gym late at night, or working consistently till midnight even on weekends, I work hard because it know it is rewarding in the long-run, even if I don’t feel like doing it.
Fast learner
I have always been an incredibly quick learner. Whether that is academically, learning new sports or instruments, or any other skills – I seem to have a natural ability to learn with ease and perform well with no prior experience.
Critical Thinking
Being able to analyse a situation and challenge the status-quo is vital for innovation. I believe in creating new solutions and constantly improving existing ones.
Compassion
The world is always better if people act with kindness and consideration. I believe you should treat others as you would wish to treated, and operating with a friendly demeanor creates a far more positive environment for everyone.
Goals
FINANCIAL
My biggest goal in life is to become financially abundant and free. I want to be able to afford nice things: supercars, luxury watches, exceptional food, travel, a large house. I realise there is more to life than buying nice things, but money is the key to doing anything. I want to be able to live on my terms, and also use it to provide for my family and friends and be generous with my resources – as that is ultimately what will be the most fulfilling. I’m not chasing money for social status, but because of the experiences and quality of life it can bring for myself and others.
PROFESSIONAL
From a young age I realised that to achieve this lifestyle, the typical ‘9-to-5’ would not get me there. My ultimate aim is to have my own venture in some capacity – whether that is my own business or full-time trading my own funds, I don’t want my earnings to be limited to a salary. This also provides additional flexibility on when, how and where I want to work, which is even more valuable.
For now, however, I am keen to get into the workforce and be part of an established company. My plan in my twenties is to try out as many things as possible, learn as much as I can, meet lots of people, and grow as a person. Before doing my own thing I really want to experience the corporate world and learn from those with experience.
PERSONAL
Although having ambitious financial and professional goals are important in life, the thing that really makes life worth living are the people you meet along the way. I want to continue to live a life full of positive personal relationships. I want to be able to use my money to have fun experiences with those around me.
I want to continue to develop as a person. To some extent this is possible through forced effort, but in other ways you just have to live through certain experiences to gain wisdom.
